In celebration of the release of the new Bob Dylan album "Rough and Rowdy Ways," The Record Exchange is hosting a virtual Dylan tribute concert at 2pm Sunday, June 21, here on our Facebook page.

Starting at 2pm on the 21st, we will post videos of Idaho musicians performing Dylan songs from their homes. We will include virtual tip jar/donation links for the musicians in the hopes that you will help us put a few bucks in their pockets while the pandemic limits their ability to make regular income as live performers.

‘Rough and Rowdy Ways’ is Bob Dylan’s first album of original material in eight years and his first since becoming the only songwriter to receive the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2016. Its 10 tracks include the three new songs released this spring: the album’s lead-off track “I Contain Multitudes,” the nearly 17-minute epic “Murder Most Foul” and “False Prophet.”
